Hello!
I have been a therapist since 2023. I completed my undergrad degree of family studies and human development and graduate degree of counseling at University of Arizona. I am born and raised in southern Arizona and am grateful to be able to offer support to my community. Before being a therapist, I have experience with school counseling, and have a wide range of experience working with children and adults.
My background gives me the perspective of seeing how trauma can impact people across the lifespan, and I am able to apply this to my therapeutic approach.
I am passionate about creating a supportive, warm and compassionate space where people feel safe to explore how the past is showing up today. Working alongside you as you heal would be an honor!
