Trusted by Arizona's
First Responders
and Veterans Since 2013

For more than a decade, Infinite Healing and Wellness has been a trusted mental health home for the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, dispatchers, corrections officers, and veterans who serve the Valley of the Sun. We are a veteran-owned practice with offices in Gilbert and Phoenix, and our work with the first responder community is not a service line, it’s our calling.

We are the #1 chosen provider for members of the Gilbert Fire Department, a proud partner of Public Safety Crisis Solutions (PSCS), and an HB2502 / Craig Tiger Act provider serving departments across Maricopa County.

This Is Personal for Us

Kelly and Patrick O’Horo founded Infinite Healing and Wellness as a veteran-owned family practice. We are the parents of five veterans and one first responder — our son serves as a Phoenix Police Officer and is a former paramedic.

We have lived the late-night phone calls, the post-shift silences, the deployments, the line-of-duty worries, and the strain that the badge and the uniform place on a family.

That lived experience shapes everything we do. When you walk into our office, you don’t have to translate your world for us. We already speak it.

Specialized Care for First Responders, Veterans, and Their Families

Trauma in first responder and military life is rarely a single event — it is cumulative, cultural, and often invisible to those outside the profession. Our entire clinical team is trained specifically in first responder and veteran culture, and we maintain ongoing internal trainings on the issues that most impact this community:

Cumulative and complex trauma exposure

Critical incident response and acute stress

Moral injury

Sleep disruption, hypervigilance, and nervous system dysregulation

Anger, irritability, and emotional numbing

Relationship strain, parenting under stress, and the secondary impact on spouses and children

Substance use and high-risk coping

Career transitions, retirement, and identity after the uniform

Suicidality and crisis stabilization

EMDR therapy is at the core of our trauma work, supported by other evidence-based modalities chosen to fit each individual.

Public Safety Crisis Solutions (PSCS)

We are a proud partner of Public Safety Crisis Solutions (PSCS) and an approved provider of HB2502 / Craig Tiger Act services for departments throughout Maricopa County, including:

Services Built for the Job You Do

01 — Individual Therapy

Confidential, trauma-informed counseling tailored to first responders and veterans. EMDR, cognitive processing, and other evidence-based approaches.

02 — Couples and Family Therapy

Because the job comes home. We work with spouses, partners, and children to strengthen the relationships that sustain you.

03 — Spousal and Family Support Groups

A space for the people who love a first responder or veteran to be heard, supported, and equipped.

04 — Group Protocols Following Critical Incidents

When a department experiences a line-of-duty death, mass casualty incident, child fatality, officer-involved shooting, or other significant event, we provide evidence-based group protocols designed to help prevent an Acute Stress Response from progressing into PTSD. Early, culturally competent intervention saves careers, families, and lives.

05 — Therapist Training and Clinical Consultation for Departments

We train clinicians on the specific issues affecting first responders and their families, and we provide consultation to therapists on documentation that protects the people they serve — particularly around fitness-for-duty implications, peer support boundaries, and HB2502 records.

06 — HB2502 / Craig Tiger Act Navigation

We help eligible members and departments use the funding and protections the law provides.

07 — Resource Coordination

We help you access EAP benefits, the 100 Club, KAP, and other Arizona-specific resources.

Your Privacy Matters
