I'm Kelly O'Horo, MC, NCC, founder of Infinite Healing & Wellness. I've been a counselor since 2008 and bring objectivity, perspective, and compassion to assist this journey. I have five children, 3 of whom have military backgrounds; that being said, I know a thing or two about trauma, personally speaking.
In addition, I'm on the Faculty of The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy as a Facilitator, an Approved Consultant, and a Certified EMDR Therapist with EMDRIA.
I'm also a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and love to incorporate the work of Dr. Brené Brown into my counseling practice. I believe in lifelong learning and understand that we all do our best with what we know! Formerly a teacher, I can assist with the education necessary to see the adaptive patterns in your life better.
This process is about learning, then unlearning, and relearning something more helpful! Each person is unique, and I will provide a nurturing atmosphere to help you facilitate healing, strength, accountability, forgiveness, and boundary setting, allowing you to experience "limitless opportunity for growth."

If there is one thing in life that is guaranteed, it is that it's unpredictable. The many twists and turns we experience throughout life can be challenging and overwhelming to manage. My name is Justine, and I aim to help you navigate this unfamiliar territory and become the best version of yourself! I help my clients achieve this by looking within and accessing their strengths, values, and purpose while providing an empathic and nurturing environment.
During my professional career, I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Bachelor's in Family Studies and Human Development. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my training has taught me to view humans from an interconnected standpoint. Human beings are made for connection and are part of a more extensive system; thus, we depend on interpersonal relationships. We can better understand our problems and ourselves by exploring this excellent system and its many layers. After all, how can change happen if we only stop at the first layer?
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, relational challenges, life transitions/adjustment, and trauma. Furthermore, I utilize my training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to better assist you in working through problems such as these, in addition to many other concerns you may be experiencing. You are at the beginning of a very empowering and personal journey that I would be honored to guide you through, and I look forward to starting our work together!

Choosing a therapist is the first step in your mental health journey and one that takes courage. I have a passion for mental health as I have personally gone on this journey, and it has been such a tremendous healing experience for myself and my family. As a therapist, listening to and acknowledging another's human understanding is one of my most excellent services. I feel privileged to be part of your journey and help you feel heard.
When we are struggling in various ways, our mental health status creates a ripple effect that impacts our physical health, our professional lives, and our relationships. My strengths are helping you find the tools and coping skills to improve relationships, mental health, and trust in your capabilities.
I have worked with various ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. My passion is helping individuals struggling with addictions, trauma, mental health issues, and grief. You must find therapy in a safe space where you feel heard and find healing. I utilize therapy to provide individual growth, healing, and lasting change: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy.
Just as every client has their own life experiences, traumas, and issues, they have unique strengths that you will learn to appreciate and recognize. My greatest desire is to help you on your journey to experience better mental health, positive change, and hope in your future story.

My name is Christina Egurrola. Born in Arizona, I am a United States Marine Corps veteran and a mother to four children. I have a graduate degree in Professional Counseling with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University. One of my mantras as a helping professional is to meet my clients where they are. The therapy process is not one-size-fits-all; it is multifaceted and diverse, just like the world in which we live. Therefore, I strive to ensure that each client's uniqueness feels welcomed and honored in the space we share and that the work undertaken caters to their individual strengths, experiences, and challenges.
Connecting with clients with compassion, acceptance, understanding, and a little humor generates a professional relationship that encourages and strengthens therapeutic outcomes. TELEHEALTH ONLY - My name is Brianna; I am an EMDR trained therapist. I have been in the mental health field since 2012 and have experience working with kids, families, and adults. I am committed to helping people realize their goals and work through past or present trauma and issues that may be affecting their present so that it doesn't have to affect their future. The path to healing does not need to be unknown and filled with fear, nor do you need to do it alone. Helping others live happy, peaceful, and fulfilled lives is part of my life's work and something I am passionate about.
One of my favorite quotes explains the counseling process quite well. You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes in life, we need to show up, and the rest will follow, "A dream written down with a date becomes a goal. A goal broken down into steps becomes a plan. A plan backed by action becomes a reality."

Ratna Gunnala, Licensed Professional Counselor
I was drawn to the mental health field because I've always been curious about people and how their story is a part of who they are. My interest in getting to know people and connecting with them allows me to develop a solid relationship, a foundational aspect of the therapeutic process.
I hope to get to know you and hear your story to support you in processing your experiences. When we can identify and sense where our emotions and behaviors are coming from, we can increase awareness and eventually respond to life's challenges differently.
Since we all have had different journeys in life, only some solutions are suitable for some people. I want to support you in developing skills and identifying solutions that work for you in your life and are consistent with your culture, values, and beliefs. In doing so, the skills and solutions we develop together will remain sustainable for you.
One thing is for sure: while it's not always the easiest thing to do, every person is capable of resiliency, growth, and positive change. I would be honored to support your journey towards living your best life!

Hello, I'm Carlyn (pronouns she/her)
Love and belonging are at the core of who we are and how we connect with others. My experience as a mother of three has helped me understand how attachment plays a vital role in how we develop. Our early attachments, trauma, and life experiences can create incredible discomfort, and we learn ways to cope and survive.
My goal as a therapist is to be accepting and non-judgmental and help to create a safe space for you to grow.
Using different modalities and a holistic lens, I hope to collaborate with you and bring awareness to those behaviors that no longer serve you.
Opening yourself up to be vulnerable with someone can be intimidating at first. You are an empowered, active participant investing in your well-being, and I would love to partner with you as you work towards your goals!

Morgan Wallis, Pre-Licensed Therapist
I was drawn to the mental health field because I've always been curious about people and how their story is a part of who they are. My interest in getting to know people and connecting with them allows me to develop a solid relationship, a foundational aspect of the therapeutic process.
In our work together, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, as I believe that trust and connection are essential for effective healing. My primary therapeutic modality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful approach that helps process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact.
I am a pre-licensed therapist and recently graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I completed my Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. As I continue my education, I receive direct clinical supervision from AZBBHE-approved supervisor [whoever my supervisor will be?]. I look forward to working with you to meet your goals.
My name is Brenda Stewart. I'm a Midwestern girl, born and raised in Illinois. After graduating from DePaul University in Chicago, I lived in Denver for twelve years before Arizonabecame my home in 2014. I received my Masters Degree from Regis University, graduating cum laude.
I take a Whole-Person Approach with every client. You and I will focus on how psychological, biological, and social factors influence your mental health and physical wellness. I firmly believe that our environment affects us just as much as past traumas and that feeling whole requires that we nurture our brain and mind, body and soul.
This approach includes examining all sides of our lives:
The Whole-Person Approach is something I implemented in my own life after a 16-year battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and pain medication. Three years ago, I decided to rid myself of opiates and take back my life. It's been an incredibly tough journey, but I am grateful to have had my yoga practice and my knowledge of the mind-body connection to keep me tethered to my foundation. My health became my life; it was a matter of survival. I made a waking, conscious effort to build the foundation of 'me' so strong that I would never doubt myself again… and that's what I offer my clients: the experience of doing the same.
I genuinely believe thatlife changes when we make
healing & wholeness areour priorities.

A life rich with challenges made me a resilient person who developed complex PTS. After spending the last decade unwinding the trauma and attachment injuries I suffered, I found myself fascinated at how amazingly adaptive the mind and body can be, for better and for worse. As I continue to find wellness through my own intrapersonal growth, I also feel compelled to help others rediscover their true selves and support them in their journey of self-actualization and healing.

I am a disabled Combat veteran and am Trained in EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am Married to Kelly O’Horo, Founder of Infinite Healing & Wellness. I am a father of 5, grandfather of 5 and am supported by my PTS service dog Samantha.

I heard a very simple definition of trauma once:
“Trauma is a response to an event that we weren’t prepared to handle.”
With this perspective, we can begin to understand how a wide range of life’s challenges can impact our mind, behaviors, and relationships. Our unique history and experiences have shaped the way we view the world and how our nervous system responds to it. We can develop patterns that may have helped us at one point, but no longer serve us and need support to adapt. We can give ourselves some grace then to be human, and grace when we act or react in ways that we don’t always understand. There comes a point when we have to take action to change, and I am humbled to be a part of your journey as you pursue the life and wellbeing you desire. Whether you have been on a path of healing for quite some time now or are stepping into what may feel daunting and unfamiliar, I will do my best to create a space that is safe, accepting, and empowering. I know from doing my own work in therapy that it is not always easy, but there is so much freedom found in bringing things to the light and processing through them. I am honored to walk alongside you as you experience the same!

I’m George Miller, and I am a pre-licensed counselor. The reason I do this work is because I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families to heal in mind, body, and soul. From my personal experiences with therapy and biofeedback, I know that profound changes can take place in the lives of people who are open to EMDR and that bottom-up approaches to healing can produce these remarkable results.
Trauma tells the story of what happened to us, and the story of how we have survived. The lessons it imparts may have served us very well when we first learned them, but at some point, we realize that the story is holding us back from living in the here and now. As Bessel van der Kolk states so eloquently, “Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going inside ourselves. “We begin to see the change we want to see when we go within with an attitude of curiosity rather than judgment.
I have been studying mental health counseling at GCU since 2021, and I am receiving supervision from Julie Russomanno, LPC as I complete my education. I am committed to training and professional development to become the best counselor I can be, and I am excited to join you in your journey toward optimal health.
I'm Marie Olson, MS, LPC, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I have been a therapist for 6 years and I bring compassion, creativity and humor to my practice. Going to therapy should mean that you receive competent support as you confront the difficulties you are facing. It is a one-of-a-kind experience to have someone walk with you each step of the way and as you make changes that you have authentically determined for yourself. Each session I bring mindful curiosity to the room and aim to create a serene and supportive environment as we work together on your goals.
