Victoria Brandt

Licensed Professional Counselor

Welcome! My priority as your therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. I work collaboratively with clients to explore how past experiences may be influencing the present, develop healthier ways to respond to current challenges, and build on personal strengths to navigate future stressors with resilience.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. This foundation gives me a deep appreciation for how early life experiences shape our emotional world, and I bring that understanding into my work with clients across the lifespan.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and relational struggles. I am a certified EMDR therapist and Consultant-in-Training, and I feel honored to offer this powerful, evidence-based approach to healing. I also serve on the board of the Arizona ACEs Consortium and teach in the Behavioral Health Department at South Mountain Community College.

As an Arizona native, I’m deeply connected to this community and passionate about helping others thrive. It takes courage to begin therapy, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
