Starting counseling can be intimidating, but sticking with it can be hard work. What you put into your life is precisely what you will get out of it. I am passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves, finding hope and fulfillment, and moving past their past. We all have a past that affects how we think, feel, and behave today. I feel fortunate to practice at Infinite Healing and Wellness, where we never stop learning and caring. I am a mother of 3 adult children and a native of Arizona. I have been in your seat and found tremendous healing from counseling.
