Elayna Begody

Licensed Associate Counselor

Hello, and thank you for your interest in beginning this brave and meaningful journey. I believe that every story deserves to be met with respect, compassion, and a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood.

As a therapist, I am intentional about creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel supported as they heal, grow, and build resilience. My passion is working with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, body image issues, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is person-centered, grounded in empathy and collaboration. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process difficult experiences, gain insight, and move toward lasting healing and empowerment.

Whether you’re taking your first step or continuing your journey, I’m honored to walk alongside you.

Additional Advanced Trainings
