Reconnect. Rekindle. Renew. Over two transformative days, Justine Bond will guide you through Hold Me Tight®—a powerful, research-based program developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, founder of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This workshop helps couples strengthen emotional bonds, deepen trust, and create lasting connection.

Relationships thrive when we feel safe and understood. In this workshop, you and your partner will learn how to move out of cycles of disconnection and into patterns of secure, loving attachment.

Who this is for

This experience is for couples who want to:

  • Improve communication and emotional intimacy.
  • Heal from past hurts and strengthen trust.
  • Navigate life transitions together with resilience.
  • Rekindle closeness and joy in their relationship.

Whether you’re newly committed or decades in, this workshop offers tools to help you feel more connected and supported.

What you’ll learn and practice

  • Understanding the Cycle: Identify negative patterns that keep you stuck and learn how to shift them.
  • Attachment Needs & Fears: Explore the deeper emotions driving conflict and disconnection.
  • Seven Conversations for Connection: Practice guided conversations that foster safety, empathy, and closeness.
  • Repair & Rebuild: Learn how to heal old wounds and create new patterns of responsiveness.
  • Practical Tools for Everyday Life: Leave with strategies to keep your bond strong long after the workshop.

How the two days flow

Day 1 – Building Awareness & Safety
We’ll create a supportive environment, explore attachment theory, and begin the first conversations that help you understand and soften your cycle.

Day 2 – Deepening Connection
We’ll guide you through conversations that foster emotional responsiveness, repair ruptures, and strengthen your secure bond.

Format & details

  • Two consecutive days, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with breaks).
  • Designed for couples; group size is limited for privacy and intimacy.
  • Includes all materials and exercises for continued practice at home.

The Daring Way™: 2-Day Experiential Workshop

Show up. Be seen. Live brave. Over two intentional, intimate days, I’ll guide you through The Daring Way™—a highly experiential methodology grounded in Dr. Brené Brown’s research on courage, vulnerability, shame, and wholehearted living.

We aren’t meant to “go it alone.” Together we’ll notice the armor that once protected us but now keeps us from meaningful connection—and we’ll practice courageous tools to set it down so we can move toward lives that align with our deepest values.

*Workshops are held in Gilbert, Arizona and San Diego, CA on motor yacht Dopamine in Point Loma

Who this is for

This workshop is for anyone ready to trade perfectionism and self-protection for connection, clarity, and courage—parents and partners, leaders and helpers, creatives and caregivers, and anyone sensing, “I’m ready for a braver way to live.”

What you’ll learn and practice

  • Identify core values and translate them into daily, doable behaviors.
  • Build healthy shame resilience and move from “I’m not enough” to grounded worthiness.
  • Develop language for trust and boundaries to stay connected and self-respecting.
  • Notice protective strategies and try on new, values-aligned ways of showing up.
  • Leave with a personalized Brave Plan for choosing courage over comfort.

How the two days flow

Day 1 – Foundations of Courage
We set a safe, confidential container and explore vulnerability, common “shields,” values, and the emotions that pull you off-track—then practice tools to stay aligned when life gets loud.

Day 2 – Courage in Action
We work with real-life triggers and tough stories, apply shame-resilience skills, strengthen empathy and self-compassion, and craft your Brave Plan—clear next steps for living your values at home, at work, and in your relationships.

Format & details

  • Two consecutive days, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with breaks).
  • Small group size (typically 8–10 participants).

Rising Strong™: 2-Day Experiential Workshop

When we fall, we rise stronger. Over two transformative days, I’ll guide you through Rising Strong™—a research-based process developed by Dr. Brené Brown for getting back up after setbacks, mistakes, and heartbreak with more wisdom and wholeheartedness.

This isn’t about avoiding struggle; it’s about learning to reckon with our emotions, rumble with our stories, and write a brave new ending. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what happens when we’re “face down in the arena” and how to rise with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Who this is for

This workshop is for anyone navigating change, loss, or challenge—or simply ready to live with more resilience and authenticity. It’s ideal for helpers, leaders, creatives, caregivers, and anyone who wants to turn hard moments into growth and wholehearted living.

What you’ll learn and practice

  • The Physics of Vulnerability: Why falling is inevitable when we’re brave—and how to rise stronger.
  • The Reckoning: Recognize when you’re hooked by emotion and get curious about your feelings instead of offloading them.
  • The Rumble: Challenge the stories you’re telling yourself, explore shame triggers, and rewrite narratives that keep you stuck.
  • The Revolution: Integrate new truths and practices so you can live, love, and lead with greater courage and connection.
  • Permission Slips & Brave Practices: Practical tools for everyday resilience.

How the two days flow

Day 1 – The Reckoning & The Rumble
We’ll set the container for safety and confidentiality, then dive into the Rising Strong process—naming emotions, exploring values, and practicing curiosity about the stories we make up when we’re hurting.

Day 2 – The Revolution
We’ll work with real-life examples, apply shame-resilience skills, and craft your personalized plan for living into a new ending—one grounded in courage, clarity, and wholeheartedness.

Format & details

  • Two consecutive days, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with breaks).
  • Small group size (typically 8–10 participants).
