Four sessions can be registered separately (Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance)
Modified and accelerated DBT group based on Marsha Linehan’s model. Participants learn the skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness, each in six week sessions. Participants will learn to notice and let go of judgment, increase their awareness and acceptance of themselves and others, regulate emotions, and use more effective interpersonal skills. The group is open to adults who may be struggling with intense emotions, anxiety, depression or stress or for those looking to increase their interpersonal skills and become more mindfully aware
TEEN MINDFULNESS, LIFE, COPING, AND SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP
Dates: Mondays, September 11 – October 16 (no class on 10/9/17)
Cost is $300 for five 90 minute sessions
Mindfulness for Coping, Social Skills and Respectful Communication will be covered.
CODEPENDENCE FREEDOM CLASS
Tuesdays, September 12 – October 17 (no class on 10/10/17)

$300 for five 90 minute sessions.
A psychoeducational group to discuss codependence, how does it happen, what does it mean, and how does it affect relationships with self and others. Participants will learn to better navigate this pattern of behavior thus improving self-esteem and relationships!
KIDS’ MINDFULNESS CLASS
Date: Saturday, September 30th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
$150 per child
Teaches children fun and creative ways to: calm their minds, release physical tension, increase focus, practice non-judgment and acceptance and to identify and cope with the emotions they experience from the inside out.
CHRONIC PAIN GROUP
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
$400 for 8 90-minute classes
Chronic pain is something that many people experience, but you may feel isolated within your group of family and friends. In this group you will set attainable goals for yourself and your body. You will learn to be mindful and gentle with yourself, and learn to love and appreciate your body.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This group will focus on self-esteem, self-love, empowerment, resiliency, health/nutrition and stress management.
FIRST RESPONDERS AND SPOUSES FREE SUPPORT GROUP
(Meets once a month)
2nd Wednesday of the month from 6:00-7:30pm
This group is FREE for this population only. Please call if you plan to attend
This group is intended for first responders and public safety officials including but not limited to: 911 operators, law enforcement, fire department members, search and rescue, EMS, and Military or Veterans.
